Thank you to everyone who attended and voted in our 2024 annual homeowners' meeting. We enjoyed freshly baked cookies provided by Jennifer Speer. Each year we give out door prizes, including one six-month credit for HOA dues, so be sure to plan on attending next year. If you were unable to attend, reach out to us at admin@bakersbranchhoa.com to request a copy of the meeting's agenda.

There are lots of things you can do to help. Would you be interested in managing the neighborhood directory? Maybe you could keep the website up to date or plan the next neighborhood block party.
If you'd like to invest your talents in the interest of our neighborhood, please email us at admin@bakersbranchhoa.com and let us know what you'd like to help with.
We appreciate your assistance and willingness to be a working part of our great neighborhood.

What's Happening:
Trail Etiquette
Dear Bakers Branch Neighbors,
As many of us—and our kids—are enjoying the beautiful public trail throughout the neighborhood. It’s one of the best features of living in Bakers Branch, and it’s up to all of us to keep it a safe, welcoming, and respectful space for everyone.
With increased foot and bike traffic this time of year, and recent concerns from several neighbors, we want to offer a few friendly reminders about respectful trail use and being good neighbors to those who come along the trail behind us and to neighbors whose homes are adjacent to the trail.
Leash up and clean up after pets – Flower Mound requires dogs to be on a leash no more than 6 feet in length when on public trails; please be sure to pick up and properly dispose of pet waste. Doggie bag supply and waste stations are located along the trail - one on Cilantro and one on Clove.
Leave no trace – Please place all trash in receptacles provided along the trail, helping keep the trail clean and safe for others.
Enjoy the trail – Please refrain from allowing pets to wander onto neighbor's yards along the trail.
Respect privacy – Please treat neighbors as you would want to be treated -- enjoying the public spaces, trails and sidewalks while avoiding things like peering over fences, photographing private spaces, or allowing pets to pester neighbors and other pets.
Be a good example – Kids will be out of school soon and using the trail more often. Let’s show them what it means to be responsible, respectful members of the community while enjoying the outdoors.
Leave a Book / Take a Book – Lastly, along the trail on Cilantro you'll see the mini free library box; please feel free to take a book and remember to leave a book or bring one back when you're finished so others can enjoy, too. This has been a fun addition to the neighborhood!
The Town trail is a shared resource and a reflection of our neighborhood.
Thank you for taking care to protect it, enjoy it responsibly, and be considerate of neighbors, treating them as we would want to be treated and leaving the trail the way we would like to find it.
Thanks for your help in keeping Bakers Branch a great place to live!
